MOther's DAy celebration on 09 May 2010
Mother's DAy this year is a little special. Instead of the every year celebration with a cake and card, taking photos too of course!, we decided on a Mother's DAy dinner.
The initial Menu was 1. Cereal Prawns
2. Sausage covered with eggs
3. Lady's finger
I even drew out a Mother's DAy Menu, a few hours before my chalet, but.. it became useless as.. THE MENU GOT CHANGED TOTALLY!
The dishes became 1. Fried Prawns - due to the lack of butter. STUPID butter! ruin my dish!
2. Remained the same, though the effect is not the one i wanted, or as planned..
3. Lady's Finger got replaced by some other vege as Mummy told me the vege will be spoilt if we don't finish it that night. Haiz.. Since it is Mother's DAy, I had to give in right? heehee.. so.. the finalist dishes r as stated above.
Well, I did most of the cooking in a sleepy mood as u guys/galz shld know, i Only slept 4 hrs during the last night of the chalet. *yawns*
Anyway. the dinner was successful as we enjoyed ourself a lot! hahas
No photos this time as we were ALL very hungry from the cooking, heehee
